momento les estoy siguiendo la corriente para saber cuánto dinero pretenden
llevarse. Adjunto los datos para que no engañen a nadie.
También adjunto los datos de otro estafador que me envió un cheque por
importe 4.000€ superior al que yo pedía, para que yo desde aquí pagase al
transportista por wester union. En qué cabeza cabe que para vender un coche
sea yo quien pague cuando el comprador está en el mismo país que el
transportista,…

En uno de los e-mails se confundió y me dió este nombre: Sr. Jose Luis
Cristóbal, no sé si se trata de uno de ellos o de otra persona a la que
intenta estafar.
EL PRIMERO,lo intentó con un cheque; pero gracias al Banco confirmé mis
sospechas de que la broma me podía costar los 4.000€ que le envío al
transportista, más los gastos del cheque (que podían anular o retirar durante
el mes siguiente) e incluso el coche si tenían tanta cara de venir a
recogerlo.

A mi ha pasado con la vivienda, hay un señor que teoricamente esta en francia que no para de enviarme correos interesado en mi vivienda, como tengo varios correos con los que la publico en internet y este señor no tiene preferencias, lo sigue intentando, ahora se pone en contacto conmigo desde otro correo, pero observo que el telefono de contacto es el mismo que ponen aqui para comprar un coche, pero los datos dela persona son diferentes. Mirad el correo

Asunto: INTENTO DE ESTAFA OFRECIENDOSE COMO INVERSORES.
Pongo una copia de los email que me mandaron para que se vea su modus operando y que nadie caiga en su estafa. Su nombre y direcciones quedan como constancia. Elimino mis respuestas, pero es fácil intuir como les he seguido el juego hasta que se descuelgan con el pago de los gastos de viaje por anticipado.

Following my earlier message to you sending you the flight Schedule of Mr. TG Faisal and 2 others, please note the costs of the travel as follows((Please see and study the attached Flight Schedule) The fare is €1,463.20 per person, meaning that for 3 persons, the total amount will be Euro 4389.6 . This amount does not include Airport fees, and food plus accommodation. The total cost including the legally required BTA (basic travel allowance), food and accommodation, taxi, phone calls, and other sundry costs is estimated at Euro 10,000 (US$14,500)
We have had 3 previous experiences in which parties looking for funding invited us to meet them in their project site for inspection and documentation etc. We found out that either the “project” was encumbered legally, or that there were outright misrepresentation of facts; documents forged in one situation. Of course we retreated, and of course, our costs including air fare was not reimbursed to us. Considering that we stood to lose all our money had we gone ahead with the transaction, we were truly happy to cut our losses.
My Board has therefore decided that until all agreements are signed, both parties have to share costs. Regarding the above HK Bank account, every body knows that world (foreign) Banks do not accept LC ( Letters of Credit), and other Banking instruments from Iraq Banks… and wire transfer FROM Iraqi Banks are complicated and difficult, and takes forever!. Therefore the practice is that trading Companies and other companies from Iraq open foreign Bank accounts in China, and other Asian Countries, and use that account for importation, payments and other reasons. It is simply the fact of business life here. As every body knows, Asian Countries are business friendly, and without these offshore Bank accounts, business will grind to a halt in Iraq.
Once the payment is confirmed, the team led by Mr. TG Faisal will travel to meet you.
